Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
Services paid by credit or debit card will be entitled to a refund if:
(a). Huddersfield Express Couriers Ltd fail to collect/despatch goods by the agreed deadline.
(b). Huddersfield Express Couriers Ltd fail to attempt delivery before the agreed deadline.
Services paid by credit or debit card will be not be entitled to a refund if:
(a). Huddersfield Express Couriers Ltd fail to collect/despatch goods by the agreed deadline due to circumstances beyond our control.
(b). Huddersfield Express Couriers Ltd fail to attempt delivery before the agreed deadline due to circumstances beyond our control.
Please note that refunds will not be available if a delivery has been attempted and a card had been left when the consignee was not in.
Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management.
