Where are HEC Logistics located?

We are located in Castleford, West Yorkshire with excellent access to nearby motorways such as the M1 and M62. Due to this convenient location we are able to despatch your consignments to any part of the UK or Europe with ease.

What services do HEC Logistics offer?
Are my goods insured?

All goods handled by us are fully covered by RHA standard liability cover of £13 per KG of weight. Increased liability cover is optional, please call for details.

My consignment is very sensitive. Will it be safe with you?

All consignments are handled by specially trained staff to ensure your consignments are cared for as if they were our own.

What are your office hours?

Our offices are open from 7am till 7pm. If you require an urgent Sameday delivery call our 24 hour line on 0845 2222 666.

Can I visit your premises to collect or send a parcel?

You can visit our premises to collect or send a parcel from 7am till 7pm.
